The movement to engage and empower sober and sober-curious women changing their relationship with alcohol.
In our 2022 inaugural year, the She Walks Canada community walked 3 TIMES across Canada—22,267 KMs. In our 2023 walk that finished June 17th, our borders shifted to worldwide participation with a goal to circumnavigate the globe—40,070 KMs.
What happened? Together, our global community achieved even MORE than that: 44,058 KMs!
An incredible triumph celebrating the journey to an alcohol-free lifestyle.

Announcing the inaugural
FREE AND CLEAR RETREAT
AUGUST 18-20
on Lake Huron for 10 sober and sober-curious women.
JOIN US TO EXPLORE ALCOHOL-FREE LIVING
Led by Lindsay Sutherland Boal—founder of She Walks Canada and Laura Kennedy, founder, tierce; Yoga Alliance certified hatha, vinyasa and restorative instructor—this exclusive retreat offers an opportunity to explore alcohol-free living through guided meditations, yoga, and walking practices.
Accompanying them on this journey is Mandi Fields, in-house chef and host who will provide delicious, soul nourishing meals for guests. Joining us will be Tracy Fields, MSW who will offer a deep understanding of why we sometimes struggle to leave old patterns and how to move past them.
Throughout the weekend, Lindsay and Laura will lead participants on a journey of self-discovery and personal development. Through meaningful conversations, thought provoking questions and activities, participants will gain greater insight into their own motivations behind alcohol-free living while deepening their sense of community with one another.
Guests will walk away from the weekend feeling renewed, inspired and empowered to continue on their own path of sobriety with more confidence.
