In our inaugural year, our She Walks Canada community walked not once but 3 TIMES across Canada—22,267 kms—in celebration of the choice to live an alcohol-reduced or alcohol-free lifestyle

Between January 24 and July 26, 2022, our community came together to share their experiences, challenges, and successes. Together, we tripled our original 7,315 km cross-Canada goal, along with achieving:

What happens now? After successfully raising awareness about an alcohol-reduced or alcohol-free lifestyle during our inaugural journey, the She Walks Canada journey continues!

We’re working on details for 2023 so be sure to tune into Instagram and Facebook for updates! (PSSST! With all the global interest, our borders may be shifting.

In the meantime, we are committed to continuing to support you with FREE Virtual Conversations facilitated by certified life and recovery coaches. We will also continue to update the Motivation section of this website with resources and information to help guide you.
